Many are not aware that I have an invisible illness
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia back in 2011
Chronic pain can steal your joy if you let it!
2014 I had cervical spine surgery , C6 &C7 fusion was done
I was told that I may need surgery in another 5 years time,
and when the time came I was doing just fine!
In 2017 I reversed my spine health naturally by 10% -
An accomplishment a huge achievement all the while having chronic pain daily!
Unfortunately it did not cure my fibromyalgia - I prayed wished that it would have!!
While reflecting I am wish for - Wish that everyone educate them self as this condition is very real!
Please remember many suffer in silence just like I have -
I have Fibromyalgia and I am a Warrior !!
